6 years ago i entered into an iva , i kept up the payments every month for about 18 months, i own my home but met a girl and i moved away to live with her but i lost my job ,shortly afterwards we split up, i then stopped paying into the iva , i have avoided it ever since , can i reistate the iva, i now have enough equity in the property to pay off all my debts can i do this

call a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner from your Yellow Pages or go onto insolvency.gov.uk to find your local "IP". The answer is probably yes you can pay it all off. Make sure your IP is friendly and someone you get on with before signing up, small firms are best value, large firms tend to treat you as a number.
