endowment shortfall
1 Answers
I received a red alert style letter last November 2005, from my mortgage endowment company saying that there would be a huge shortfall on the final amount payable to me. Is it too late to make a complaint?
If I have time, can anyone recommend a format for the letter of complaint, please?

If they didn't tell you - you have three years to claim from the date you realised you had been mis-sold.
