The Bank of Ireland may seem obvious, but it has the advantage of UK branches with a head office in Dublin.

Give them a call.

The bank of Ireland in the UK do not work with the Bank of Ireland in the Republic of Ireland so they are no good. Any other ideas?
Believe Lloyds TSB were doing a euro based mortgage which might be worth checking out. Don't know if its still running though.
