Hi,im looking at properties around �150,000 to buy,im wanting to know a round about price for the monthly payment.Ive been on lots of sites but they all have to contact you and i dont want to spend an hour on the phone.I just want to know what the monthly payment would be.
So if you could help with a price or a website i would be grateful.

You pay around �6 per �1000 you borrow for a 25 year morgage, this depends on lender and interest rate.

The 'One account' also have a mortgage calculator, they also show you how you can reduce the term of the mortgage. I have used this a few times, while calculating my income, savings, and what I would like to pay out each month for the mortgage.

After searching many sites recently I have found this one to be in my best interests, and I will actually shorten the term of my remaining mortgage to just under 7 years instead of the traditional remaining term of 11 years, and the more money I have going through the account plus any savings that I might have will shorten the term further.
