Do pensioners receive a reduced Council Tax if they are still working? The local Council is Elmbridge, Surrey. Thanks.

I could be wrong but as far as I know pensioners don't get a reduction in council tax bills whether they're working or not.
It depends on their total income. If it is low enough they may be entitled to council tax benefit (CTB) but this is not specific to pensioners. Sometimes a pensioner's income is low enough for them to be entitled to Pension Credit, in which case they would almost certainly get CTB.

Go to the local CAB and ask for a benefit check. Take details of all income and savings.
