will i loose everthing?

i had a breakdown 4 years ago when my daughtwer died of cancer since then i have not worked . I had a lot of debt credit cards bank loan store cards ect . I had been paying insursnce on these. When i didnt work i tried to tell these people that i wasnt working and the reason why but they didnt wanbt to know. I then lost all sense of reason and just tried to disapear from my debt( i know now it was not a good idea) at the time i wasnt thinking straight ! i now have come to my senses and want to face up to it but fear i am going to loose everthing . my husband is cought up in this and i cant see anyway out can i loose my hous in spain ? i am so desperste i need to know . thankyou for any advice you can give me

Your local CAB will have information to help you. Or you could ring Payplan or CCCS for help with debts. They will point you in the right direction. Please don't ignore it any longer. Good Luck!
