my overdraft is due to be reviewed in feb if i reclaim bank fees can they do it sooner

Yes they can. They can also close your account with the required notice - usually a month - and your overdraft would have to be repaid within that time.

banks are able to review the serices they offer you whenever they like, and chose to decline you as a customer if they want to too
