Bank Charges

I received a letter form my bank telling me that they are going to pay all my bank charges back into my account, I had to accept this by signing and returning part of the letter......does anyone know how long it will take for them to put the money in my account??

I can only speak from experience, and ours was in the account within about 3 days of returning the signed form to the bank manager

2 to 3 days. usually done on same day or next upon receipt of letter
