Trying to claim back bank charges from last six years, I know banks do not like to give cash back has anyone had problems with their bank while trying to claim I.E overdraft stopped etc.

they shouldn't blatantly penalise you and unless you are owed thousands they are normally paying up with good grace.
I have heard that some people have had this happen to them but we were lucky enough to just get the money no problem
You're advised to open a second account with another bank (setting up an overdraft, etc.) before instigating any claim as there have been cases where your bank can become awkward and then also ask you to leave when it's all been resolved. Good luck with your claim!

I didnt have any problems at all.
If you're claiming back a lot then they could remove all kinds of things like overdrafts etc. plus as mentioned they might close your account.

I would get in very fast however as many are currrently saying they won't pay out any more until a court ruling being brought by one of the gov. depts is settled.
