bank charges refund

is it true that its to late to claim back bank overdraft charges?

ive heard there is going to be this "one off" court case and it is this case that will confirm the outcome of banks being forced to pay back customers for overdraft charges.

i'm owed around �310.......
can anybody help??

You can still register your claim but the banks are not looking into them anymore until the outcome of the test case that is due to go through the courts.

Claims can still be submitted but the banks have no reason to take the claim any further until the result of the test case.
