Media monitoring - who's best

I'm looking at our organisation's media monitoring for the year ahead, but can't get my head around who provides the best service. Does anyone have any recommendations?

We're looking at regional and national press, online and maybe broadcast too. Ideally they would offer a portal that includes contact management, distribution and evaluation also. Services like Durrants and Vocus are in the running at the moment.
