I currently live in Euroland and have my mortgage i Swiss Francs, As the interest rate in Switzerland has been climbing, I am wondering if it would be better to convert my loan to yens? >Can you tell me what the short term forecast for the Yen Euro rate? And what are the interest forecasts in Japan. Would you recommend I change?

Thanks

yar for shore, the

Yen market at the moment is looking a bit slanty,

but i would say go for the 3.4 and 8.6 bond with a 2% extra.
The interest rates in Japan dont look very interesting as for the rest of the financial markets.

your best bet is to convert into indian rupee,
