my employer has gone bankurpt but still owes me wages and cannot pay how do i get my money????

Get in touch with the official receiver or insolvency practitioner who will ensure that you are paid in advance of any other creditors.
If you have a look at the link here, it explains yir rights (Including being paid up to eight weeks' arrears of pay)

As an employee you are a priority creditor. In the mean time try your local Citizens Advice and get yourself registered as a priority creditor.
How long have you been there? As you may also be entitled to redundancy. I beleive one of the government departments would pay this.
