how to find contacts in stores to sell my jewlwery

I'm a jewelery artist, I live and create in Israel, and now I want to export to the us & Europe
I'm looking for who to contact, in department stores for example, to show my collection. I haven't a notion even of the name of the position (buyer? procurer?) Also in smaller stores - how does one go about this? vesides doing shows which are expensive
