Hi Does anyone know where you stand if you have been off sick for 2 months and when returned to work been told you have been forced to step out of management role to standard role. No reason has been given to my friend, other than "the person who has come in has done a good job and for stability we are staying iwht them" He has a family and his salary has gone down due to this and he is thinking of walking under constructive dismissal? anyone know where he stands, is it ever possible for your work to make you step down from a management role other then performance? thanks
