i bought my parents house for 30k. its worth 120k. I was thinking of releasing some equity and buying a flat in hungary, buddapest with a jacuzzi etc. I was then going to renty it out and use it to seduce girls etc. Is this a good, stupid, crazy or risky idea? I could get a flat like this for around 40-50k.
