Can I still pursue my endowment complaint even though the Limited company who provided the advice is no longer trading or authorised ?"

You can check with FOS to see if they are still operating in any form:

If not, you can try to pursue through the FSCC here:

http://www.fscs.org.uk/consumer/help_with_your _claim/
Also meant to say, whether you can complain or not also depends on when you were advised that your policy may not be sufficient to pay of your mortgage - your red letter - you would need to check that you are not timebarred. Again, FOS should be able to help.
