I am looking for the best rate Mini Cash Isa - Fixed Rate for a year. I have looked thru the websites, and narrowed it down to Skipton at 6.25%. Are there any better than this ? Many thanks
prev Bank Manager or Financial planner?

Barclays advertise a Cash Haven ISA at 6.50%

Thanks, but that's not a Mini Cash ISA. Don't like Barclays anyway, wouldn't give them a penny.
