I think you need to give us some more info as to what the problem is, since premium bonds are registered to you when you purchase them. All the different bonds and blocks of bonds should be linked by your premium bond holders number, irrespective on when you bought them. They are automatically entered into the draw after you've held them a month. You shouldn't need to do anything else with them - just cross fingers that they'll win!
