Companies Act 2007
3 Answers
Hi
My husband is drawing up the paper work for a friend who wants to incorporate a new business.. He is only doing the articles of association and the memorandum etc..
My question is, has the new companies Act changed this proceedure, or can my husband use an already exsisting template from a company he set up a couple of years ago.
Thanks in advance
Oh, he is doing this as a favour for a friend - trying to save the friend some few hundred accounts fees!!
