Is this company solvent I am having trouble speaking to anyone and I dont want to pay my holiday money if they are in trouble

I can't give you the answer to that, but if you have any anxieties about a trader going out of business, make sure you pay them any money by credit card, rather than debit card or a cheque. At least you money should be protected then, although that doesn't mean you will necessarily get it back immediately.

No such organisation in Cheltenham appears to be a member of ABTA. Always a useful though not conclusive sign.

I live in Cheltenham and have not heard of this company. Lots of coach companies around here and most are Ok. Make sure you have the correct name, confirm through here with contact details and I'll check the company out if it helps

I managed to speak to them ,they are The coach Holiday Co Pate Court North Place Cheltenham
They are members of CPT.
I think I panicked when I could not get through
