hi, there is working tax credits which up the amount you can earn subject to hours worked. Depending on your skills and flexibility there are self employed options that can pay well but may impact on any benefits you currently receive may not. regards martin
Are you on benefits?if so you can apply for a social fund loan from social secruity up to the amount of 500 pound, you only pay a small sum back weekly and theres no interest to pay,if you do work go to unsecured loans you may find someone on there to help.or mabe your not looking for a loan then nip into your local job centre and see if they can give you any advice.good luck i no how hard it is being a single mum.
