I've just received a CCJ and the court has set my monthly repayment amount. As long as I make the payments and on time will this prevent my creditor from bankrupting me or can they just do it whenever? Thanks.

As long as you keep up the agreed repayments nothing further will happen, on completion you should ask the County Court for a certifcate of satisfaction this you will need for any credit aplications you make. However if you wish to have the payments reduced, write to the court and tell them you are strugling and they will reduce them.
