Anyone else in the same boat as me? I have a shop which I have been attempting to sell for over a year.
Auction sale fell through, private buyers couldn't get mortgages from their banks etc. So now, after having to pay a portion of the tax, I have for the past three months been compelled to pay the full amount which is �296.
