Northern Rock

I had some Northern Rock shares immediately before it was nationalised. At the time there was talk of compensation for shareholders, but i couldn't find any official information on it.

I found an official looking document on the web last night saying that there had been some sort of opportunity to submit for a review by the FSA for compensation, but the deadline was 4th July 2008 (obviously already gone). Does this mean i've missed the boat?
