transferring a mortgage

i am currently in receipt of stste benefits but need to change my mortgage from an endowment mortgage to something more useful. my partner wants to take over my mortgage but we want to do it with as little hassle as possible. has anyone got any ideas/

your current provider will switch the repayment vehicle for an admin fee of up to �250ish but beware that switching to repayment as opposed to endowmnet will mean a significantly higher monthly payment.
