Lease Agreement

Last August 2007 my business changed its company name. I had several vehicles and equipment on lease which were subsequently changed. However, one document I signed, quite stupidly in hindsight, turned out to be a new five year agreement on equipment I already had. On realisation of what I had done or rather how I had been duped by the supplier of the equipment I wrote to the lease company explaining what had happened sending a copy to the supplier of the equipment.

Is there anything else I can do as twelve months down the line I am now being threatened with all sorts including a charge on my property.

I should not have signed the document without reading it but I honestly thought it was just a name change agreement. Any useful replies would be greatly appreciated.
