I'm asking on behalf of a friend!

If she spends on her store card (lets say in the next fortnight) the last amound that she has (500) will she be asked to give that item back if she declares herself bankrupt in the next few weeks? Many thanks in advance Cmitchell

The Official Receiver (or a Trustee in Bankruptcy) would sell her assets to pay off her debts, so she will lose a lot more than that item.

The OR will have sight of all her debts and statements and will want to know what she has done with it.
It won't look good if she goes out spending and then declares bankruptcy!
