"advantage loans" has anyone had sucsess with them?

i have recentley aplied for a loan and was turned down by various companies. then i got a text on my phone saying my application was sucsessful with advantage loans. i phoned upthe company and gave more info. and was told that they would send an application form out. this i couldn't understand as they had text me saying my application was a succsess. i recieved the application for today and i relised that the are not a loan company but a loan finding company. it also said that i would have to pay �49.49 for this service. my question is has anyone had succsess through this company or is it a scam?
