Is it true that if you leave the country all debts are cleared after a certain amount of years?
And if this is true - will you still have a bad credit rating when they are cleared?

No it's not true - bad debt just doesn't disappear.

Oh its not bad debt it is student loan and the remains of student overdraft.Thank you!
