No, they are now obsolete. If you have a amount large enough to make the trip worthwhile, it is still possible to exchange BEF for euros at the Banque Nationale de Belgique in Brussels (for coins, the deadline is the end of 2004). Otherwise, give them to charity by dropping them in one of the collection points you find at airports.
