I would like to sell my Hbos shares. I have tried for 2 days to sell through the shareline, touchtone phone. I look up the current price but find a much lower price when connected. I am aware of the time delay but without personal contact I am still unsure as to how this is processed. I want to sell these shares, how do they pay me for them, direct into my bank or by cheque? Lots of questions but pushing buttons on the phone is not the answer, perhaps keyboard pushing holds the answers. Hope someone can help.

I`m not 100% sure but I believe that the listed share price is the mid-point between the buying price and the selling price, which are two seperate entities.

You will never be able to sell at the `list`price.....or buy for that matter.  It`s only for general guidance.  It all helps to perpetuate the money-making process.

Hope that may be of some help.
