Make an appointment to see their Mortgae Advisor and ask - they will be happy to let you have a decision.

Be careful that they do not class this as an "arrangement". This can seriously hamper your credit rating.

If your mortgage has that as a condition yes. If not then it's a maybe but you'll almost certainly wreck your credit score. You could just remortgage to a nother company that'll let you have payment holidays. Speak to a broker (like me)
