RBS Student Account �100

Has anyone out there managed to get the promised �100 out of the RBS for opening a Student Royalties account? Daughter has opened and used her account since September, sent in the correct form etc but despite frequent visits to the bank and phone calls by the staff to some central office there has been no sign of the money. Anyone out there actually got their money? We've been told it might get to her by the end of January but the story keeps changing.

Finally found a very helpful member of staff who eventually found a number to phone at promotions and sorted it. Apparently form had got lost but money will be paid within the week...Watch this space....
