I think like other people have said it depends on what you want to do. You can either take your remaining entitlement off the notice period, or receive payment for surplus holidays. Best check out www.tuc.org.uk - they've got a whole section there about rights in the workplace, so you'll be able to assess what exacty is your right on this one.
