Transferring money
12 Answers
Does it take longer for money to be transferred from one person's account to another when there is a public holiday? My account is credited on a monthly basis but I've not had anything through yet for April. It leaves the other person's account on the 10th and is usually with me within 3 days.

He said it usually takes 3 - 5 days for payments to go through and nothing would have gone through on Friday/Saturday but would have done on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so he thinks it'll come through tomorrow which is confusing because I count Monday as a public holiday too?
Cost us the best part of 20 Euros for 4 ice lollies and lunch for 4 ( 2 adults, 2 kids - no alcohol, no starters - kids puddings only) 120 Euros!!!! - I think the South of France is particularly expensive, so hopefully not so bad where you are going. Fill you luggage with mars bars in case you get hungry!!! Went to disneyland there back when it first opened (about 92?). Fantastic fun - must take the kids sometime!
I didn't have kids when I went either! joking appart, taking a few snacks wouldn't do any harm, that way you get to spend your money on what you want to rather than wasting it on bags of crisps.
Just found this site for disneyland that has some info on therestaurant there and if you click on the restaurant, and then on menu, it gives you an idea of the prices - looks fairly reasonable, and so I would imagine that outside the parc it is likely to be cheaper.
