Anyone know about Property Prodessionals?

Has anyone been trained by the property professionals to become a multiskilled energy assessor? If so is there as much work as they say there is?

There may not be many houses being sold, but any that are even put on the market must have an EPC done. Also, every rental property (residential and commercial) marketed must also have an EPC now too.
Having said that, there are an awful lot of Energy Assessors out there and costs are as low as 45 per property. Take all your costs out of that (advertising, phone, travel, time spent at property etc) and I think this must be very low margin work.
