paid inton wrong account

husband is in middle of seeing ccs and his bank account frozen fromhim using it also have outstanding loan with them have wrote to tell them situation.ccs tld him to opened new account which he did done some work and gave cleint the bank details they paid money into frozen account .this happened twice how unlucky but this is all the money we have to pay everything how can we get it back or is it up to the cleints as they made the mistake.we are pulling our hair out have 3 children and i just lost my job can anyone help
