I wouldn't think so.
I have only (0nce) overlooked a month's repayment on my Credit Card.
I got a short curt (standard) letter tellimg to pay the minimum amount forthwith,or if I didn't then a sum for non payment would be added to my account, plus any interest outstanding.
The Credit Card company would rather get (extra) money out of you than pay money taking you to court.
I presume in the long run(if this goes on) they would pass the debt to a debt collection agency, but this would be in the extreme and only after they have hassled you for payment first(and not succeeded).
