I had a loan in 2003 for which i was charged a PPI i paid quite a bit of the loan back, but then i sadly had to declare myself bankrupt. I still have all the paperwork for the loan and the insurance policy, could i be able to claim the PPI back even though i declared myself bankrupt

Do you mean claim back the PPI and use it to pay back some of what you owed your creditors including the company whose loan you only partly repaid?
