do i get a refund ?

i recently bought a jumper from new look and when i got it home i hated it but had taken the price label off. it is unworn and i have the reciept !  will i be able to get my money back or secondly a credit note ???

Depends on their refund policy.  They are not obliged to take it back unless it's faulty.  However, in the interests of customer care, most places will accept returned goods as long as they're in perfect condition and you still have the receipt.  Whether they give you a refund or credit note (or nothing) is up to them.

New look have always given refunds - their policy is pretty lax compared to some.

Don't worry- they'll take it back. You have the receipt and it obviously haven't worn it. The receipt will have the date of purchase on as well.
