It's a spam. Don't reply to it. It's about as genuine as the ex-Nigerian president wanting to offer you his gold.

Hi bellringer never heard of an email draw but i get weekly draw results email from nationallottery.co,uk

It's one of those phishing emails that will say something like:

"Dear CUSTOMER,

Your email was entered in a draw and won �2.5gazillion!!!!
Just send us you rdetails and we'll mail you a cheque."

Anyone who replies to these things is a fool.
