hello,
my friends ask'd me to ask you a question on the answerbanks site.
he's been told that the bailiffs are going to call on him at his home.
the question is===
can a bailiff remove any goods from him if the goods in question(his tv),
is on credit and is not yet paid for.can they remove this and other items
if they are not paid for,or some are gifts!!
can they take any of these's items.

if the tv is on finance from the supplier its not owned by him and they cant take it. He would have to prove this though.

gifts hes been given are his, as are gifts hes bought for others. The bailiffs could take those
If he's bought the tv with a credit card or personal loan it can be taken.
