most probably not, although you could look at the entitled to website.
Couldn't you just look for another job with more hours?

you can claim working tax credits and you may get some housing benefit ad council tax benefit but not a lot I'm afraid

I think you need to give more information about your situation to get correct advice. Were you full time, do you have rent and bills to pay or live with parents, do you have dependants or a partner that works? It all makes a difference.Try here for info
