They have the date 1993 printed on them I have a total of 720,000 am I rich?

If you go to an online currency converter you'll see that 720,000 roubles is equivalent to about £16,000, but don't open the champagne yet!

Wikipedia states: "The ruble was redenominated on January 1, 1998, with one new ruble equalling 1000 old rubles". So you've got about £16.

Oh well, that will still buy one bottle of cheap champagne (assuming, of course, that you can find anywhere to exchange them, which is probably extremely unlikely anyway).
