i currently have a 100% graduate mortgage in my name i want to get info on how to change this to a joint mortgage with my boyfriend name also

Easy, call the bank and speak to customer services to say you want to add his name, they will send a form to fill and you will need a solicitor involved as well - total cost c. �200. The lender is more than happy to add people so long as they have good credit.

ellbee, Can I ask you a question?... I am a graduate and i am looking to get a 100% graduate mortgage, how do i go about it and what are the critria i will need to meet?  my income is 25,000 per year - what do you think i would get and where do you think i should go?
