cash problem?

hello, girls and boys, men and women...i need help again, i recieved a statement from the royal bank of scotland...it says how much money followed by 'cashline'...what dos cashline mean...and their is no money in the bank.

Cashline is the name the give to their "hole in the wall" machines. You must have withdrawn some from a cash machine.
