I have had a cheque from INCHECK but do not know why

Has anyone else recieved one.? It says on the letter thankyou for participation on your research study? But I cannot remember doing one.?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.If it's a sterling cheque, drawn on a UK bank (with no terms or conditions specified for getting your money) you could simply ask your bank if they'll accept it.
INCHECK doesn't operate incentivized schemes (such as surveys or 'click through' payments) itself. The company simply offers a a payment system for such firms to use. (ChexxInc does a similar job but I can't find any online references to the companies being linked). So it's possible that you've participated in some scheme (branded completely separately to those payment companies) and you're now getting what you're owed.
As long as you don't make any payments yourself (or hand over personal financial details) you might as well see what happens when you try to pay the cheque in.
