Hi guys,

Is it possible to get a mortgage if your job is commision based only?

I am looking at shared ownership properties due to a seperation with my wife, so was wondering if these mortgages were still available?

I have a mortgage based on commission-only earnings. It's fine as long as you can show a couple of years accounts or statements to prove sustained income. Mine is with C&G.
