Sherrard, don't give negative feedback until you have been through the Resolution process with eBay - there may be a genuine reason why he can't deliver. Open a dispute in teh resolution centre - you have waited long enough now - and eBay then get in touch with him. If not resolved within a given time they can instruct him to refund your monet - it's a straightforward laid down process. EBay don't want people giving the site a bad name, so go and do it - if you click on the eBay Buyer protection flag on your front page, it'll give you a link to the Resolution Centre. I've found it helpful in the past and either the transaction has been cancelled and money's been returned, or the item has been delivered. (How do you know he sent it to 1500 other people btw?- if so then mention that in your complaint). Good luck, let us know how you get on.
